Ladies and Gentlemen,Today, I stand here to share with you a thought that has fascinated and moved me for many years - the concept of having three days of sight, if only for a moment. Imagine waking up one day, only to discover that you have been granted a mere 72 hours of vision, what would you do? What would you see?Day One: DiscoveryOn the first day, I would choose to explore the world of the natural world. I would wake up early, to catch the first rays of sunshine, and gaze upon the beauty of a new day. I would stroll through a park, taking in the colors of flowers, the shapes of leaves, and the textures of bark. I would observe the bustling life around me, from the fluttering of birds' wings to the crawling of insects.Later, I would visit a museum, to see the masterpieces of art that have stood the test of time. I would stand in front of paintings and sculptures, trying to imagine the thoughts and feelings of the artists who created them.Day Two: ConnectionOn the second day, I would turn my focus towards the people I love. I would start by looking into the eyes of my family members, trying to capture the warmth and love that shines there. I would observe their faces, trying to etch their features into my memory.I would also visit my friends and neighbors, to appreciate the unique qualities that make each of them special. I would listen to their stories, to understand their lives and dreams. In the evening, I would attend a concert or a play, to experience the power of music and drama. I would let the sounds and performances wash over me, trying to feel the emotions that they evoke.Day Three: ReflectionOn the third day, I would take some time for myself. I would reflect on my life, on the moments that have brought me joy, sadness, anger, and peace. I would try to understand the reasons behind my actions and decisions, and learn from my mistakes.I would also visit places that hold special memories for me, such as my childhood home or the place where I met my best friend. I would stand there, remembering the good times and the bad, and feeling grateful for the experiences that have shaped me into who I am.As the clock strikes midnight on my third day of sight, I would try to imprint everything I have seen and felt into my memory. I would close my eyes, knowing that even though the physical world may be dark again, my mind would be filled with light.Ladies and Gentlemen, having three days of sight, even if it's just a figment of our imagination, reminds us of the precious gift of vision that we have been given. It reminds us to appreciate the beauty of the world around us, to connect with the people we love, and to reflect on our lives and learn from our experiences.Let us cherish our sight, and make the most of it every day. Thank you.
